BABEL PREDICTS BRIGHT FUTURE FOR MOSTAFA

Ryan Babel is certain that Galatasaray teammate Mostafa Mohamed has a bright future ahead of him following his impact in the Turkish league. According to Dutchman Ryan Babel, Egyptian international Mostafa has a lot of potentials having watched him in close quarters. The two players shared the Galatasaray dressing room during the second half of last season.

Egyptian attacker Mostafa became a Galatasaray player at the start of the year on the back of his loan move from Zamalek in his native Egypt. The Zamalekloanee hit the ground running in the Turkish Super League as he found the back of the net four times in his first four games for Galatasaray.

Ryan Babel spoke about Mostafa in an interview granted to reporters and monitored by Egyptian media outlet Kingfut. The former Fulham, Ajax Amsterdam and Liverpool winger said that God has given Mostafa a great gift as a footballer and that he must preserve to achieve great things in the world of football. Babel went on to say that the Egyptian international has a bright future.

Mostafa ended his half season at Galatasaray with eight goals in 16 appearances in the league. In addition, he scored once in his sole appearance in the Turkish Cup. In the league, his goals were not enough for Galatasaray who missed out on the league title to rivals Beskitas is dramatic fashion.

On the final day of the season last term, three teams namely Fenerbahce, Beskitas and Galatasaray had the opportunity to win the league title. In the end, it was Beskitas who emerged as the title winners in the Turkish Super League after finishing a goal ahead of Galatasaraywith the two teams ending the season on the same point tally. Beskitas won the league title for the first time in four years with one more goal difference than Ryan Babel and his Galatasaray teammates.
