West Brom striker Mbaye Niang has received the seal of approval from Galatasaray teammate Ryan Babel in his quest to spearhead the relegation battle for his new team between now and the rest of the season. Mbaye Niang signed for West Brom on loan from Galatasaray and the Senegalese attacker has been able to breath life into the dwindling fortunes of the Baggies in the bid for Premier League survival.

MbayeNiang was a thorn in the flesh of the Manchester United players when the Baggies played hosts to the Red Devils at the weekend as West Brom boss Sam Allardyce was able to get his battling message across to his players.
